Jackson Hole Mountain Sports School: We asked the right questions of employees to identify training gaps, and pitched new training programming to solve it. Staff and guests alike reported higher satisfaction and level of service as a direct result of our surveys, which saw a nearly 50% response rate.

U.S. Hang Gliding & Paragliding Association: After noticing that women in free flight tend not to progress to higher levels of certification, compete, or pursue careers in the sport nearly as often as men, we designed a survey to find out why. Our analysis identified cultural, logistical and gear-related barriers which a new subcommittee is currently working to address via policy and programming initiatives.
